A a Transformational & Relationship-Happiness Coach – I will create a Safe and Inspired Space for you to explore and practice new ways of “showing up” in your life, relationships, work, and the world. I love exploring with you – your inner landscape of possibility.

- To remove obstacles/beliefs that keep you from creating, being, or living your true essence
- In letting go of patterns of being that don’t serve you anymore
- Together we explore your inner landscape and navigate you towards a whole new way of being
- In creating dynamic inspired relationships with yourself, others,(dating) and those in your organizations
- In increasing your capacities for being able to stay in relationship even when it is challenging
- To take 100% responsibility for your part in the relationship
- In getting clear on whether it is time for you to leave a relationship or to stay
Coaching takes place in my office, over the phone, on-line, in groups, walking, or even on a cross-country ski
My story of life is rich with diversity and possibility.
I spent part of my childhood living in East Africa, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and Spain.
I have studied Human Potential, Coaching, Executive Coaching, Leadership, Organizational Systems-Thinking, NLP, Emotional/Spiritual Intelligence, Yoga, Meditation, Mediation, Creativity, Architecture, Environmental studies, Geography, Landscape Architecture, and Forestry.
I have lived in Bend, Oregon since 1980 as I am a lover of the outdoors, beauty, and nature. Besides Nature I am passionate about
Gardening, Singing, Nordic Skiing, Kayaking, Biking, and Creativity.
